1. Why work with Blossom Therapy & Consulting? 
Simply put, there is not another company offering the specialized service I am. Many, if not all, consulting and billing companies offer a wide variety of services.  These services generally include: Billing, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review Services, Collections, Quick Documentation Trainings, and the list goes on. Blossom Therapy & Consulting has focused my expertise on clinical documentation only. With me, you get an expert who has taken the time to master the best way to get the best authorizations possible. I want to share this knowledge with you!

2. What if I want to retain your services after the training?
I work with many facilities who have maintained my chart auditing services for years. They felt more comfortable knowing that I am reviewing the cases and making sure the documentation has the best chance at further approval. 

3. Do you al la carte your services?
Yes! Contact me and we can discuss what your needs are and build a package custom for you. 


4. What if I only wish to utilize the Clinical Documentation Workshop?

5. What is the pricing for your complete system?
Pricing begins at $7,000 per month. Pricing does depend on facility location, facility size, number of patients and additional factors. The best way to get a free quote is to

6. What is the average amount of days we can expect to be authorized?
Every insurance company is different, even in the way they authorize. There are some that will only give 3-4 days at a time as that is the maximum they can provide. Authorizations depend on the insurance company as well as each patient's individual circumstances. I know what each insurance company is looking for to demonstrate medical necessity and to get you the best authorizations possible. For more information, feel free to give me a call.

I respect your facility's privacy as well as the privacy of the patients you serve. Call us now to find out more about how we safeguard this sensitive information.

8. How quick can I expect to see results?
Many facilitates see a decrease in denials within the first month! Generally, these are the facilities that implement the changes recommended quickly. It is a joint effort, I can tell you what changes need to be made, but I cannot force you to make those changes. 

9. Do I have to get rid of my UR team?
No! Keep your UR team, I can work with them to identify any deficiencies in the way they are presenting the cases to the insurance company. Generally, the biggest issue I see with facilities is that the documentation is lacking details that the UR staff do not even have a fighting chance. Authorizations begin and end with the clinical documentation. If documentation is poor, expect denials.
