No worries! After the workshop, I take on the role of determining the deficiencies that lie in your facility and facilitate the changes that need to occur. I make recommendations for improving group notes, medical/nursing documentation, case management notes, and the list goes on. I provide training to UR staff on how to scrub the chart for information as well as how to communicate information needs to the insurance company.
